Terms of Service

By accessing or using the USA Prep Football Network website and its network of state prep football websites (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

USA Prep Football Network provides two products: Public Network (free, ad-supported). High school football coverage including game scores, schedules, standings, rankings, coaching records, school profiles, championship history, and related news content across all 50 states. Recruiting Tracker (paid subscription, optional). A parent-facing recruiting management tool for tracking colleges, contacts, conversations, events, and offers during a high schooler's recruiting process. Includes alerts on coach moves and news, AI-generated college shortlists, outreach drafts, and data export. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Additional terms specific to the Recruiting Tracker are in Section 14 below.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the Service, you agree to: • Access the Service only through the interfaces we provide • Not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overwhelm the Service or its infrastructure • Not use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of USA Prep Football Network and Purcell Analytics & Data, or our licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to content on the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission. Game scores, schedules, and statistical data presented on the Service have been compiled, organized, and presented by us. While individual facts are not copyrightable, our specific compilation, arrangement, and presentation of this data is protected.

If you send us communications through our contact form or by email, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish such communications for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and improving our Service. We will handle personal information contained in communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including individual state prep football sites within our network and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site.

The Service displays third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such interactions are solely between you and the advertiser.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of game scores, statistics, and other data, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Service is complete, accurate, or current. High school football data is sourced from state athletic associations, public records, and other third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur and data may not reflect the most recent updates.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA PREP FOOTBALL NETWORK, PURCELL ANALYTICS & DATA, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: • Your use of or inability to use the Service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein • Any errors or omissions in any content on the Service • Any third-party content or conduct on the Service Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USA Prep Football Network, Purcell Analytics & Data, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

The following terms apply specifically to the Recruiting Tracker product. They supplement (and where they conflict, override) the general Terms above for activity within Recruiting Tracker. Eligibility. The Recruiting Tracker account holder must be 18 or older. The product is designed to be operated by a parent or guardian on behalf of a high school player. Subscription billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence at the price displayed at checkout. Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain paid features until that date. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Refunds. We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Email [email protected] to request. Refunds outside the 7-day window are at our discretion and typically issued only in cases of billing error or extended service unavailability. Promotional pricing. From time to time we offer promotional pricing (e.g. founder pricing, launch discounts). Promotional terms apply only to subscriptions started while the promotion is active and are subject to the duration stated when the promotion is offered. Promotions can be discontinued or changed for new subscriptions at any time without notice. AI-generated content. Several Recruiting Tracker features use AI (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate college shortlists, outreach drafts, and similar content. AI output is informational only — not professional recruiting, athletic, medical, financial, or legal advice. Verify program-specific facts (commit measurables, depth charts, scholarship dollar amounts, contact-period eligibility) directly with each school's coaches and financial aid office. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content. Data deletion. You can delete a player profile or your entire account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion removes all associated tracker data within 30 days. Some records (Stripe invoices, fraud-prevention logs) may be retained longer where required by law. Service availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime SLAs. The product is provided on an "as is, as available" basis under Section 8. The liability cap in Section 9 applies to paid subscribers. Termination by us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the AI features, attempt to scrape data at scale, or engage in fraud or chargeback abuse. Subscription fees are non-refundable in cases of termination for cause.
